Our culture of participation and shared success
Shared responsibility means actively participating from day one. Employees take on responsibility in projects, contribute ideas and develop solutions for global challenges in air and water technology. Interdisciplinary teams enable professional development, personal growth and international cooperation.
Social interaction also plays an important role: in around 15 DAS clubs, colleagues engage in activities beyond work, share interests and promote community spirit. Regular international workshops also strengthen global networking.
