DAS Environmental Experts waste gas treatment systems abate process waste gases that occur during etching, wafer cleaning and drying, epitaxy and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition), MOCVD (Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition), and TCO (Transparent Conducting Oxides) processes.
